A free estimation tool is available to help you determine an approximate value for your property.
You will simply be asked to create or log into your Immovlan account before receiving your full report.
You are entitled to 2 free estimations (see conditions below).
Beyond that, the service becomes paid.

Are additional estimations subject to a fee?
As mentioned above, the first two estimations are free, under the following conditions:
✅ 1 free estimation if your Immovlan account is not yet confirmed
✅ 2 free estimations if your Immovlan account is confirmed
Beyond these limits:
➡️ A €15/year subscription allows you to receive a quarterly updated report (that’s 4 reports per year).
💡 This option is ideal if you want to track your property’s value over time.
