Changing Your Password (Personal Account)

This article explains how to update your password to access your MyImmovlan account.

  1. Step 1: Go to the Login Page
    1. Click the "Log in" button in the top-right corner of the homepage, as shown below.

  2. Step 2: Choose "Forgot Password?"
    1. On the login screen, select the "Forgot Password?" button.

  3. Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
    1. Type in the email address you use as your username (A), then click "Send" (B).

  4. Step 4: Check Your Email
    1. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click on this link to continue.

  5. Step 5: Set a New Password
    1. On the password reset page:
    2. Enter your new password in both fields (A).
    3. Ensure your password meets the specified requirements displayed below the first field.
    4. Click "Reset" (B) to confirm.

  6. Step 6: Log In with Your New Password
    1. After resetting, return to the login page and click "Log in" to access your account with your updated password.
