Creating a listing: what personal data should I enter?

Publishing a listing on Immovlan only asks for two contact details: an email address, which is mandatory, and a phone number, which is optional. Here's where you're asked for them and what they're used for.

1. Where does this come in the journey?

The publication journey has ten steps. Your contact details are asked for in the second to last one, just after the energy performance step and just before you choose how long your listing runs. It's called « How would you like to be contacted? ».

2. Your email address — mandatory

This is the only detail that's genuinely required. It is never shown publicly: it's only used to receive enquiries about your listing. An interested visitor fills in a form on the site, and Immovlan passes their message on to you.

3. Your phone number — optional, but recommended

The next field is up to you. Filling it in is recommended to receive more contacts, and it is required to benefit from the results guarantee. If you'd rather only be contacted in writing, leave it empty: your listing will be published as normal.

Good to know: neither detail is set in stone. You can change them at any time after publication from « My properties »: open your listing, go to the edit form and scroll down to the contact block at the bottom of the form.
