Does Immovlan offer a performance guarantee for listing publications?
Yes, under certain conditions: with a 16-week Gold or Platinum pack, Immovlan commits to a minimum number of contacts, and extends your listing free of charge if this minimum is not reached.
1. What Immovlan commits to
Some listings benefit from a results guarantee: Immovlan commits to a minimum number of contacts for the entire publication period. If your listing receives fewer contacts than this minimum, its duration is extended free of charge.
2. Which listings are eligible
The guarantee applies to listings published with a Gold or Platinum pack, for a duration of 16 weeks.

The 8- and 12-week durations do not qualify for the guarantee, regardless of the pack chosen.
3. The condition not to forget: your phone number
At the « How would you like to be contacted? » step of the publication process, the phone number is not required to publish your listing — but it is required to benefit from the guarantee. The site states this below the field: « Recommended to receive more contacts and required to benefit from the results guarantee. »
Without a phone number, your listing is published normally, but it does not qualify for the offer.
4. If the minimum number of contacts is not reached
The extension is not automatic: it is granted on request to our support team. Contact us at the end of your publication period, we will check the number of contacts received and extend your listing free of charge if the conditions are met. You do not need to make any new payment.
