Yes, Immovlan offers a performance guarantee on certain listing packages, subject to specific conditions.
Which packages are eligible?
Only the Gold and Platinum packages with a duration of 16 weeks are eligible for this guarantee.
What does the guarantee include?
Immovlan guarantees a minimum number of contacts for your listing:
- 5 contacts with a Gold package
- 10 contacts with a Platinum package
👉 If this threshold is not reached, your listing will be extended free of charge.
The guarantee only applies if your listing generates:
- fewer than 5 contacts with a Gold package;
- fewer than 10 contacts with a Platinum package.
What publication durations are available?
Publication durations have been simplified. You can now choose between:
- 8 weeks
- 12 weeks
- 16 weeks
The 24-week option is no longer available.
