App. For sale, for rent, public sale, flatshare... What types of transactions are available on Immovlan?

This article explains how to select both the property type and the transaction type.

1. Tap the pencil icon located in the top-right corner of your screen. PRIV-APP-EN-Q3-R1jpg

2. A menu titled “What are you looking for?” will open.
Just below, you can choose the type of transaction by selecting “For Sale” or “For Rent”, and then specify the type of property you’re searching for.

  • Public sales are included under the “For Sale” category.

  • Flatshares are included under the “For Rent” category.
