How do email alerts work on Immovlan?

Automatically receive the properties that match your criteria, at the frequency of your choice.

1. What is an alert for?

An email alert watches the market for you. You define your criteria once — property type, buying or renting, locations, budget… — and Immovlan automatically sends you the listings that match: newly published properties, but also updated listings and price drops. No need to run the same search every day: you are among the first to know, and the service is completely free and unlimited.

2. Choose your frequency

When creating your alert, you choose how you want to be notified. The options can be combined:

  • "Receive once a day": a single email every morning, with an overview of the previous day's new listings;
  • "Receive it in real time": an immediate email for each new property published;
  • "Receive notifications via the mobile app": notifications on your smartphone, if you use the Immovlan app.

3. Four ways to create an alert

You can create an alert from four places, depending on where you are:

  • from the home page, via the "Set up property alert" button, which opens a step-by-step assistant;
  • from a results list, via the "Keep me posted!" button: your search criteria are carried over automatically;
  • from a property detail page, via the "Set up property alert" button: the alert is pre-filled with that property's characteristics;
  • from My Immovlan, section "My searches": the "New search" button takes you back to the site search, from which you create the alert as above.

4. Manage your alerts

All the alerts linked to your account can be found in My Immovlan, under "My saved searches". There you can adjust an alert's criteria or delete it at any time:

Good to know: you can create an alert without being logged in, simply by entering your email address. You will then receive a confirmation email: the alert only becomes active once you click the link it contains. With an Immovlan account, the alert is active immediately and you can find, edit or delete it in My Immovlan.
