Creating a listing involves four steps (see the question “How do I publish a listing?”). In the first step, “My property”, where you provide information about your home, you will find a subsection called “Energy.”
There, you can indicate the primary energy consumption (in kWh/m²/year) in the dedicated field. The EPC letter will be displayed automatically. If you only know the letter, click “edit” to enter it manually. If you don’t know the EPC at all, you can simply enter “EPC ?”.
It is possible to continue to the next step without completing this field: in that case, the mention “EPC ?” will appear by default. However, it is strongly recommended to fill in this section to optimize the visibility and credibility of your listing.
