1. The statistics of all your listings
In your My Immovlan account, open the My listings menu and click "Statistics". Choose the period (last 6 months to date, previous month to date, current year to date, or a custom range), the display mode (data by month, by week or by day), then click the magnifying glass to load the charts.

2. What each chart measures
- Detail page views: the number of times the full page of one of your properties was opened.
- Appearance in search queries: the number of times your properties were shown in a list of results.
- Received emails and received phone requests: the contacts generated by your listings.
- Redirections to your website and via Wallpaper PRO: the visitors sent to your own site.
- Number of properties online, views on map, views detail on map, folders downloaded, times shown as a similar property and visits via similar properties.
On most charts, the "Show properties" menu lets you break the figures down by property type or by transaction type.
3. Print or download
To the right of the magnifying glass, the "Print" button prepares a printable version (or a PDF through your browser) and the "Download statistics" button generates an Excel file with all the data of the chosen period.
4. The statistics of a single listing
Open "My properties" and click the listing's card. At the top of its page, three counters summarise the detail page views, the emails received and the phone requests. The "Detailed statistics" tab then shows the same charts as the "Statistics" page, limited to this property, over 7, 30 or 90 days or over the whole publication period.

| Good to know: a listing's counters start when it goes online and appear as soon as it gets its first visits. If a period looks empty, widen it before concluding there was no traffic. |
