Why use an Immovlan account?
The Immovlan account is free. It keeps your favourites, searches and alerts from one visit to the next, and gives you control over your listings if you’re selling or renting.
1. You can browse without an account
You can search for a property, view listings and contact a seller without creating an account. The account isn't needed to use the site: it's there to keep track of what you do, and to pick up where you left off on your next visit.
2. When you're searching for a property
- Your favourites are kept from one visit to the next, instead of disappearing when you close your browser.
- Your searches are saved: you can run them again in one click, without re-entering your criteria.
- Your email alerts let you know as soon as a property matches what you're looking for, at the frequency you choose.
- Your contact requests are kept in My Immovlan: you can see who you wrote to, and when.
- Your valuations are saved: you can request a free valuation of your property and find it again later.
3. When you're selling or renting
- You publish your listings and find them all in one place.
- You receive and manage requests from interested buyers or tenants.
- You track the statistics for each listing: number of views, contacts received.
- You manage your transactions: request an invoice, print a receipt, deactivate or reactivate a listing.
