Pro. : Accessing Your Professional "My Immovlan" Account

Where to log in, with which credentials, and what you will find in your professional account once logged in.

1. Where to log in

From any page of Immovlan, click the profile icon at the very top right, then "Login". The "PRO Access" button in the main menu leads to the presentation of the professional offers: it is not the entrance to your account.

2. Your credentials

In the "Username / Email" field, enter the username given to you when your professional account was activated — it is not necessarily an email address — then your password, and click "Sign in".

Forgot your password, or want to change it? Follow Pro. : Changing Your Password. Lost your username? The professional support team will send it to you: supportprofr@immovlan.be (FR) or supportpronl@immovlan.be (NL).

3. The dashboard

Once logged in, click the profile icon, then "My Immovlan". You land on your dashboard: number of online properties, contacts received over three months, views over thirty days, contact activity, breakdown of your listings, the details of your Immovlan delegate and the content of your pack.

4. The menus of your account

  • My listings: List a property, My properties (your listings and their status), My projects, My drafts, Contacts received, My products (Best-of, Color, Wallpaper…) and Statistics.
  • My searches: the same tools as private users — saved searches and properties, favourite addresses, valuations, contacts sent.
  • Account: My company (agency details and logo), Contact person, My account (password, username, software).
  • Support: to write to us directly from your account.

The NL / FR / EN selector at the bottom of the menu changes the language of the account without logging you out.

5. Going further

Good to know: your session stays open from one visit to the next in the same browser. On a shared computer, log out from the profile menu (or the icon at the bottom of the sidebar) at the end of your session.
