How can I change my contact email addresses?
This article explains how to update the contact email addresses used to receive enquiries related to your listings and leads in your professional Immovlan account.
1. Go to your professional area
Log in to your professional Immovlan account.
At the top right of the screen, click “My Immovlan”.
Then, in the left-hand menu, open the “My profile” section and click “Contact persons”.
2. Open the “Lead acquisition” tab
On the “Contact persons” page, click the “Lead acquisition” tab.
There, you will find the different contact details used for your commercial enquiries, including:
- the email address used to receive listing enquiries;
- the secondary email address for listing enquiries;
- the contact phone number for listings;
- the email address for potential lead providers.
3. Update your email addresses
To update your contact email addresses, click “Update”.
You can then replace the existing addresses with the new contact details you wish to use.
