4. Specify the general condition of the property
The more accurate your information, the more reliable the estimation. You can:

Select the energy rating (EPC)

Indicate if the property is new or renovated

Add features: garage, pool, terrace, etc.

Describe the condition of the kitchen, floors, bathrooms, and more
5. Enter your contact details
To receive the estimation by email, you’ll need to fill in:

6. Provide details about your real estate project
Please tell us if you are the owner of the property and why you want an estimation (sale, rental, etc.).
This allows us to better understand your project and, if you wish, to put you in touch with a real estate professional in your region.

7. Receive your estimation
Once the form is completed, you will immediately receive an indicative estimate of your property’s price:
a range between a low value and a high value.
This estimate is automatically generated by our algorithm based on your property’s characteristics, local market trends, and similar recently sold properties.
